I want to ask you a question. I want to be part of tryouts soccer even if I am not in shape and haven’t played soccer for a very long time. don’t bother too much Just follow these simple steps and you will soon be ready to participate.

The coach chooses only the strongest players to make up the team, being a coach you will be aware of this. Sometimes, the coaches are only looking for a few new players who can fit in the existing lot.

However, when it comes to soccer tryouts, there are a whole lot of other variables that come into play.

Make sure your kid shows off his ability and skill depending upon what the coach wants during soccer tryouts.

Soccer Training

following are the various things the coaches and soccer association will be looking for in the players during soccer tryouts

Skill: In most cases, coach’s concentration is on looking at how well a player performs the skills that are necessary to play soccer. If players can’t perform these skills consistently during soccer tryouts, it’s unlikely that they’ll be able to perform during a game. For takers skills like control of the ball during tapping, dribbling, passing. Evaluate the player based on his intuitive behavior and his knowledge on soccer

Conditioning: Not so excellently talented player with outstanding conditioning will attract the coach’s eye. And so will the player who is out of breath just after 15 minutes into the soccer tryout. If your players can’t withstand the tryouts soccer they let themselves and the team down.

A coach will wonder why this player didn’t bother to get in shape or keep in shape. if you are not in shape in soccer it show either of the following that you don’t care or you are lazy or you very un professional thinking that being out of shape wouldn’t matter. 

Attitude: The mental approach of the player should be to learn things always and he should posses the ability to learn also. Do players pay attention and try to perform all the tasks to the best of their ability every time?

have they got the willingness to learn new things and constantly improve themselves? Are they flexible? Are they willing to learn new skills, techniques and strategies? ensure there are not complaints when the players learn their new positions.

after the soccer tryouts concentrate on what happens next. Mostly time soccer tryouts are conducted over period the coach might inform you immediately if your player has made to the team. Sometimes they will notify you with a letter or call you at home. don’t confront the coach with the question on your player status

Make sure you don’t leave your things on the fields before leaving the ground. Salutation your coach properly and thank him for providing valuable lesson and making you a better player for the soccer tournament
